About Me

                     I am a Lover of the Lord, the one who has blessed me beyond measure. May all the Glory be His. I have the most loving & amazing family,and I am married to my absolute BEST friend. God must have created each of us with the other in mind, because we were drawn together by his forces, and we just “get” each other in such a way that makes me giggle at times. We had our first child in December of 2010, Sawyer Reid. He is the most amazing little creation that I just love to pieces. I am currently a RN turned stay-at-home mom, and my husband is an amazing and CRAZY youth pastor! I am so excited about the future that God is patching together for us and the unknown journey that we are embarking on in accordance to His Will!! I have always been passionate about all things "creative" & "crafty",and as soon as I discovered photography, I was hooked! It is the most beautiful and unique expression of art, life, and emotion. It is simply magic to capture and hold onto a fleeting moment of someone's life, and it is so gratifying to know that you have given them something that in years to come will help them recollect that memory and tell that story time and time again. I LOVE it!! My style of photography is very eclectic and unconventional, as am I. Shoots with me are always an adventure, I never know where we'll end up! I have even been known on many occasions to knock on a complete stranger's door to ask permission to use their unique yard, garden, barn, etc. Anything for that perfect shot!  I specialize in natural light portraiture and weddings. I feel that I have been blessed by God beyond my wildest dreams, and because he has faithfully provided for our family in a way that I can stay at home and raise my son, I feel that I can use my love for photography to give back. For every session that I do, 50% of the profits will be given away to ministry. 10% of that will be given to a local church and the other 40% will be given to a parachurch ministry. In order to bring about awareness of certain Christian ministries, I would like for each of my clients to personally choose which ministry they would like for the money to go towards. I am really excited to see what God can do with these offerings!
